As a Mindful Photography Practitioner, Jen can support you to stop, notice and immerse yourself the natural beauty surrounding you in a way you might not have experienced before - whether you are located in a rural or urban spot. You don't need to be a master photographer, to capture photos that evoke your emotions and reflect your thoughts.
We build mindful photography and mindfulness techniques into our walking coaching, online and in person sessions. By teaching these techniques, we hope you'll be able to take these forward and build them into your life beyond our sessions together.
