A little about Jen

Jen has always believed in practicing what you preach and when she experienced burnout during matrescence, she was inspired to help other leaders to avoid putting their needs on the back burner until it's too late.


With a PhD in team innovation, a background in psychology and profiling, and experience in the corporate world as a HR leader you are in good hands when it comes to understanding behaviour, motivation and change.


Mindful photography has played a huge part in Jen's life during the highs and the lows. Combining her passion for coaching, her love of adventure and the joy photography brings her has allowed her to build a unique coaching offering that is steeped in finding a way to live your life authentically - truly Youfully.

What informs my approach and practice?

Mindful Photography

As a Mindful Photography Practitioner, Jen can support you to stop, notice and immerse yourself the natural beauty surrounding you in a way you might not have experienced before - whether you are located in a rural or urban spot. You don't need to be a master photographer, to capture photos that evoke your emotions and reflect your thoughts. 


We build mindful photography and therapeutic mindfulness techniques into our walking coaching, online and in person sessions. By teaching these techniques, we hope you'll be able to take these forward and build them into your life beyond our sessions together. 

Notice your senses in your natural surroundings

We build in time to stop and experience what your body is telling you, using breathing and mindfulness techniques to support - whether that's during a rainy walk, sitting in a forest or looking out of your window. Our aim is to allow nature to highlight our physical and emotional sensations - then to support you to interpret them and build them to an action pla


For those adventurous souls, we might even combine cold water dips in the sea! 

Healthy Lifestyle Habits

We are committed to building balance and wellness into everything we do - even our work with corporate clients. In fact we've committed that we will always ensure that 10% of the work we do focusses on helping individuals check in with their wellbeing because we know this makes sure that any change you implement will be more sustainable if it has a positive impact on your health.


There is no getting away from our passion for nature, wellness and finding healthy habits! But don't worry - we will start wherever you are and help you identify small changes that you can make and embed them over time.
